I like using Bundt pans for
making mini frittata’s; they have the folded design that just looks good. They
make a great portion size for any meal you want to have it with plus it is very
quick and easy to make.

Pigs in a blanket, pancakes and sausages.
Pigs in a blanket
(sausage and pancakes), fresh sliced strawberries and topped with strawberry glaze.
Sometimes making breakfast should just be fun and easy. This is a simple
breakfast to make and fun for everyone to eat. I just made a simple pancake mix
right out of the box, fried up link sausages and sliced some fresh
strawberries. The syrup is just a simple strawberry glaze you can find in most
stores.

Recipe for Apple Pie Free Form
This is a simple, quick recipe that
I love. I usually don’t like baking with the exceptions of pies. Meat, chicken,
fruit, empanadas, free form single crusted and or double crusted pies, I love
making them. I make free form pies when I am short of time but need good
dessert. Apple pie free form style is very simple and can be made with store
bought items that you might typically have on hand. The vanilla bean sauce
makes this apple pie great, because it pairs well with apples and cinnamon.

Recipe for Chili Con Carne
My favorite recipes are those which have multiple uses and chili is definitely one of my favorites. Whether I make it with beans or without depends on my mood. I particularly like black beans in my chili, but chili spices work with pretty much any kind of bean. But with, or without beans, chili goes with so many things - chili dogs, chili burgers, baked potato smothered with chili, or just a bowl of hot chili.

Recipe for Hot Pastrami Sandwich
This hot pastrami sandwich, is made with sour dough bread, pastrami, fried cabbage and provolone cheese. Sour kraut and rye bread are typically used for a Reuben sandwich but I did not have sour kraut or rye bread.
I usually have sour dough bread and always keep a head of cabbage in the fridge. Instead of making sour kraut, I fried cabbage and used sour dough bread in place of rye bread. I have long been a fan of fried cabbage and adding it to a sandwich turned out great. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Spinach Salad, Bacon Dressing
Spinach is loved around the World, it is a sturdy plant that grows in many countries and can be found in many recipes. The French make dishes on a bed of spinach and call it “a la Florentine.” Thanks to an Italian born lady “Catherine de' Medici” born in Florentine Italy, who became Queen of France.
